Our consulting services are based on the findings of the Systemic Organizational Theory. According to this understanding, we do not consider the people in an organization as the key levers for observations and interventions. Instead, the basis is formed by established observation and evaluation patterns of the organization and its characteristic communication routines with which information is generated and consolidated into decisions.

An essential focus of systemic organizational consulting is to first recognize these patterns and then to initiate changes through targeted interventions. The goal is to become more aware of the blind spots and to sharpen the perception of relevant environments. In this way, previously unrecognized opportunities, threats, and possibilities for action can be revealed.

The ability of the company to recognize and assess trends and market developments and to arrive at joint evaluations and decisions in management is consciously strengthened.

Systemic management consulting is not about the formal processing of a defined process architecture. Rather, it is about how the discussion is led regarding relevant problems and in what chronological order individual process steps and sequences build on each other. In the communicative process, which takes place at the individual work stages, different (external and internal) perspectives and opinions come together and are exchanged. When these differences are negotiated, jointly shared assessments and commitments are created.

In the course of the consulting process, the problem-solving skills of the involved key players and the company as a whole are enhanced, which ensures that the ever-growing challenges will be adequately dealt with in the future.
